Philippe, le fils de Charles Bosquier, directeur d’un riche internat de province, est recalé au bac en partie à cause de son anglais. Pour régler cette ignominie, son père décide de l’envoyer pour les vacances au Royaume-Uni dans la famille Mac Farrel, distillateur de whisky écossais, dont il accueille, en contrepartie, la fille Shirley. Mais Philippe, qui avait prévu des vacances en voilier, se fait remplacer par son ami Michonnet…

The Best of the Worst of ChatRoulette

Everything has a beginning, and everything has an ending. Today, we are witnessing the birth of something big, something fast, created by a 17 year old Russian : ChatRoulette. If you don’t know what I am talking about, it means you just came out of jail or you are from outer space. Anyway, I won’t leave you like that, the video above explains everything you need to know about ChatRoulette.

I’ve written about ChatRoulette some time ago to tell you I have tried it. Then I told you a French Band made a  music video by recording reactions of Chatroulette viewers, being the first of a long line.

Now, we have a guy named Keith Doogan, otherwise known as shirtless bird-face donkey man, who shows us what it takes to be Chat Roulettes biggest star. (video below)


And last but not least, a very nice short movie on ChatRoulette, showing experiments made by a student. It’s entertaining.

Flat Life est un film d’animation créé par Jonas Geirnaert en 2004 qui a été choisi pour la compétition des films courts du Festival de Cannes en 2004. Il s’agit sans aucun doute du meilleur film d’animation que vous verrez aujourd’hui. Voici le synopsis du film :

Quatre voisins habitent dans le même immeuble et leurs actions ont une influence directe sur la vie des trois autres.

Les habitants communiquent via les télévisions, les bruits de marteaux et de machines à laver. Heureusement que de temps à autre, un panda termine malencontreusement son voyage interplanétaire contre une des vitres…

Flat Life is a short animation movie by Jonas Geirnaert about the life of 4 people in a building. All their deeds have an influence on the life of others, but here there is no logic. Just watch this excellent movie, you won’t regret it.

My adventures in the Pittsburgh International Airport during the worst snow storm of the century. After arriving late for a flight at 7:40 PM to LGA I decided to stick around my gate until my flight at 5:40 and had a BLAST!

Dogs sing Law & Order Theme Song

Here is the phenomenon :

Logan howls along to the Law & Order theme, each time it comes on.


Buddy won’t listen or budge to any song other than the theme song to Law & Order. While he was sleeping I tried playing Home Improvement theme song and Full house and nothing. The second I put on Law & Order he wakes up or comes into the room and starts howling usually at the TV but this time my laptop. So cute!


Dax howls and sings every time the Law & Order (original) theme plays. Always has.


My boss’ dog hates the theme song to Law & Order and as I’m not too fond of my boss’ dog, I play the theme to Law & Order in an effort to drive her insane. I get paid to do this.


Our 6 year old male Jack Russell has sang to the theme of Law and Order since he was a puppy.

I think you get it now. And what about your dog ?

Les chiens gémissent ou hurlent à la morts dès qu’ils écoutent le générique de Law & Order. Volonté marketing ou hasard ?
