Salvador Dali a participé à un jeu télé dans les années 50 aux États-Unis. Le principe est simple, des invités de marque ont les yeux bandés et ils doivent deviner quelle est la personnalité assise en face d’eux. Les questions sont fermées, la réponse de la personne mystérieuse ne peut être que oui ou non. Là où ça devient surréaliste, c’est quand Dali, ce formidable touche à tout s’amuse à répondre Oui à toutes les questions ou presque puisqu’il a tout fait…ou presque. Un moment de télévision assez savoureux.

Lundi est là. Je vais devoir reprendre le travail demain (mardi) après un petit miracle qui dure depuis près de 3 semaines. Cette chanson reprise par 3 membres du groupe américain Look at the Fields est assez paisible, alors qu’en réalité il s’agit d’un morceau de rap plutôt agressif d’un groupe qui s’appelle Insane Clown Posse. Comme souvent avec les groupes de rap, les paroles sont vraiment très bien et la musique est vraiment insupportable. Heureusement avec cette version, le ukulélé va vous détendre et il vous permettra peut-être même d’attendre vendredi dans la joie et la bonne humeur. Bon lundi !

I Am___ A simple sentence that has been asked to strangers. Their answers are in this video.
Steven Nicholas Smith s’est promené dans les rues de Philadelphie en demandant à des inconnus de compléter cette phrase : « I am___ » / « Je suis___ ». Le réalisateurs a alors invité certains d’entre-eux à aller plus loin dans leur réponse, et ainsi à explorer plus en profondeur ce qu’ils sont. Cela commence avec cette fille qui est en « guerre permanente avec son corps ». Puis, le micro-trottoir reprend avant de s’arrêter à nouveau et de nous inviter à finir cette phrase à notre tour : « I Am___ ». Pour moi, c’est facile. Aujourd’hui, « Je suis heureux de partager cette trouvaille avec vous ». Et d’un point de vue plus personnel « Je suis fier d’être père. » Et pour vous ?
I Am is not only a film but a social experiment that took strangers in Philadelphia and asked them to finish this sentence. « I am ___. » Through these responses, the film-maker was able to create a montage of answers and then delve deeper into a select few and allow them to explore their answers even further, creating not only written poems but a visual metaphor of these responses. (Premiered at iLLReality’s STEW event on March 21, 2010).

Ici, une excellente version littérale du clip « The Safety Dance », par the Men Without Hats. Leur clip avec des nains et dans un décor digne de fantasia peut laisser penser que la drogue était bon marché dans les années 80.
