John Vigiano Senior had 2 sons : John and Joe. John Junior was a firefighter like his father. Joe was a police detective. On September 11th, 2011, John and Joe were both killed in the attacks on the World Trade Center. The voice over this touching animation is John Vigiano’s. This animation is part of a wider project : Storycorps. They want to record the story of every single victim in the 9/11 attacks. My deepest thoughts go to the families of the victims. RIP.
John Vigiano est un pompier à la retraite. Il a 2 enfants : John and Joe. John est pompier comme son papa. Joe est policier. Le 11 septembre 2001, ils ont été tous les 2 tués dans les attentats du World Trade Center. La voix que vous entendez est celle de leur père. Avant d’entrer dans le World Trade Center, les 2 enfants avaient appeler leur papa. Et à la fin de chaque discussion, les derniers mots étaient : « Je t’aime ».
Cette vidéo fait partie d’un projet plus vaste baptisé Storycorps, qui vie à enregistrer des témoignages sur chacune des victimes des attentats du 11 septembre.
